Shimogamo, Japanese Restaurant Project Management – Camden, London

These are lovely Japanese lunch selections from Shimogamo, Camden Town, London, where I had an opportunity to manage the restaurant full refurbishment project in 2012.

My friends and I went Shimogamo’s opening week, and the chef treated us to his beautiful sashimi platter, which was really amazing!
